Tracy Fullerton

Tracy Fullerton is president and co-founder of Spiderdance, Inc. With over a decade of entertainment technology development to her credit, Fullerton brings veteran creative vision and leadership to Spiderdance’s convergence products. Prior to forming Spiderdance, Fullerton was a creative director and producer for R/GA Interactive, NY, a unit of True North Communications, where she provided strategic development and management of the company’s most advanced projects, for clients such as Intel, Microsoft, AdAge, Ticketmaster, Compaq, Sony, Warner Bros., and Foote, Cone & Belding. While at R/GA, Fullerton produced designs for the multiplayer versions of the classic game shows Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune. She also created the award-winning game show NetWits for the Microsoft Network. Before joining R/GA, Fullerton served as creative director at Interfilm, Inc. This pioneering interactive film company partnered with Sony New Media to release interactive films in 47 theaters nation-wide. Fullerton began her career at Synapse Technologies in Los Angeles, where she was an interactive designer on their groundbreaking series of educational titles. Her work has received numerous industry honors including an IBC Silver Rembrandt Award, Best Family/Board Game from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, ID Magazine’s Interactive Design Review, Communication Arts Interactive Design Annual, several New Media Invision awards, the Digital Coast 2000 Awards, The Bandies 2000 and Time Magazine’s Best of the Web. Fullerton holds a MFA from the USC School of Cinema-Television where she is currently a faculty member teaching interactive game design. She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and serves on the advisory board for the AFI-Intel Enhanced Television workshop.
