Melissa Bomes

Melissa Bomes joined DIC Entertainment in October 2000 to help further develop and grow DIC’s Consumer Products division in such areas as licensing and merchandising, promotions and retail. In addition to increasing awareness of such DIC’s classic property "Madeline", Bomes has been active in spearheading the development of other new DIC properties.

Prior to joining DIC, Bomes served as Vice-President, Business Development at estyle.com, the home of babystyle.com and kidstyle.com. Hired as one of its original team members, Bomes formed the business development department and helped grow the company from ten to a staff of more than 170.

Previous to her position at estyle.com, Bomes was an executive at the Walt Disney Company working in strategic alliances and business development for its retail stores. Prior to that, Bomes worked as an attorney with Troop, Steuber, Pasich, Reddick and Tobey.

Melissa Bomes holds a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
