Time Warner Cable CEO Glenn Britt has recently gone on record to say that he has a problem with nets streaming free full-length eps of content online. Some suggest that the US cable carriers may start witholding subscriber fees, cutting network revenues, if the practice continues. HIT and Thirteen/WNET New York team up

HIT Entertainment's US arm and Thirteen/WNET New York have inked a long-term strategic partnership for station representation and new project development.

Thirteen/WNET New York will become the presenting station for HIT's preschool series on PBS KIDS, including Barney, Bob the Builder, Thomas & Friends and Angelina Ballerina.

Additionally, HIT and WNET have committed to co-producing Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps, a new CGI series that is slated to debut weekly on PBS KIDS in fall 2009.
